Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you register for PayFlow365 we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. We also collect invoice data you create through the service including customer names, service descriptions, and payment amounts.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to operate your PayFlow365 account and deliver the invoicing service you signed up for. We do not use your data for marketing or any purpose outside of operating PayFlow365.

What We Do Not Do

Third Party Service Providers

We use the following third party providers to operate PayFlow365. Each is contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes:

• TwilioSMS message delivery
• GoogleData storage and file management
• AnthropicAI text processing
• StripePayment processing and subscription billing

Mobile Information and SMS

Your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver transactional SMS messages necessary to operate your PayFlow365 account. We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or any SMS-related information to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Our third party service providers listed above receive only the minimum information necessary to deliver the PayFlow365 service and are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging

By registering for PayFlow365 you consent to receive transactional SMS messages necessary to operate the service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any PayFlow365 message. Important: replying STOP disables PayFlow365 SMS functionality but does not cancel your subscription or stop billing. To cancel your account visit payflow365.com/cancel or email tech@payflow365.com.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation your complete invoice history will be exported and delivered to your registered email address at no charge within 24 hours of your cancellation request. Following cancellation and data export your data is securely deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Your Rights

You own your invoice data permanently. You may request a copy of your data at any time by emailing tech@payflow365.com. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Deletion occurs automatically upon cancellation as described above.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data including encrypted connections, restricted database access, and secure credential management. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised contact us immediately at tech@payflow365.com.

Children

PayFlow365 is a business service intended for adults operating legitimate businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has registered for PayFlow365 contact us at tech@payflow365.com and we will remove the account immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email at the address on file at least 30 days before changes take effect.
